Each individual may hold only one active account on nara69. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and any associated bonus balances will be voided without notice.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds, and time limits as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until requirements are met.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered and KYC-verified in your nara69 profile. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Any attempt to defraud nara69 — including bonus abuse, match-fixing, unauthorized chargebacks, or use of VPNs to circumvent restrictions — will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or access any service on nara69. By proceeding with registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. nara69 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
2.2 You must be a natural person and a resident of Indonesia. Registrations by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted.
2.3 You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register administered by nara69 or any affiliated platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must not attempt to re-register without completing the formal reinstatement process through our support team.
2.4 You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated are not permitted to use the Platform.
2.5 nara69 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending investigation.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on nara69. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, voiding of all balances, and forfeiture of any bonuses.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid email address, a mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia, and your date of birth.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. nara69 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your login details.
3.4 You must notify nara69 immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization. Contact our support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected].
3.5 nara69 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at its discretion, including where there is reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
4.1 KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed. Deposits may be accepted prior to KYC completion, but withdrawal privileges will remain locked until verification is approved.
4.2 To complete KYC, you must submit a clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP). The document must be current (not expired), legible, and show your full name, date of birth, and national identification number.
4.3 nara69 may additionally request proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account showing your name and account number), a selfie with your KTP, or other documentation at our sole discretion.
4.4 All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are used solely for the purposes of identity verification and fraud prevention.
4.5 KYC decisions are typically completed within 15 minutes during WIB business hours for standard submissions. Complex cases may take longer. You will be notified of the outcome via email and in-platform notification.
4.6 Submitting false, altered, or sto len identity documents is a serious criminal offense and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
5.1 nara69 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. nara69 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the funds are confirmed by the respective payment network. Standard processing times are as follows:
5.4 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment account does not match your registered nara69 Account name — are strictly prohibited and may result in refund of the deposit and account suspension pending investigation.
5.5 nara69 does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through unlawful means. By depositing, you confirm that all funds used on the Platform are legitimately sourced.
5.6 In the event that a deposit is credited to your Account in error, you are obligated to notify nara69 immediately. Any funds credited in error remain the property of nara69 and will be reclaimed. Use of erroneously credited funds may constitute fraud.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be requested once your Account has passed KYC verification (see Clause 4). Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC approval will be placed in a pending queue and will not be processed until verification is complete.
6.2 Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified in your nara69 Account profile. nara69 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
6.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
6.4 nara69 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Such checks may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
6.5 Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed in the following circumstances: outstanding wagering requirements have not been fulfilled; the Account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity; the requested withdrawal amount exceeds the verified Account Balance; or the Account has been suspended or closed.
6.6 nara69 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which nara69 accepts no responsibility.
7.1 nara69 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.
7.2 All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus balance — or any winnings derived from it — may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates are stated in the applicable promotion's terms at the time the bonus is offered.
7.3 Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing bets. nara69 reserves the right to determine the order in which balances are applied.
7.4 Players may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitute Prohibited Conduct under Clause 9.
7.5 nara69 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where there is reason to believe the promotion is being abused. In such cases, any bonus balance derived from the promotion may be voided.
7.6 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value without meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.
7.7 Seasonal and cultural promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, or Chinese New Year (Imlek) will carry their own specific terms published at the time of launch.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on nara69 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
8.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where the Platform provides an explicit cash-out or early settlement feature for that market.
8.3 nara69 reserves the right to void any bet — and to refund the staked amount to the Player's Balance — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended due to a technical error or data feed failure; the odds offered were clearly erroneous (a "palpable error"); or the result of the event is subsequently overturned by the relevant sporting authority.
8.4 Live betting markets are offered in real time. Odds and market availability change rapidly; nara69 cannot guarantee that a market will remain open long enough to accept a given bet. Bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected.
8.5 For sports markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and international fixtures involving Timnas Indonesia — settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant league or governing body at the end of normal time (90 minutes) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts are included only in markets explicitly designated as "including extra time."
8.6 For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, results are determined by the official draw output from the relevant licensed draw operator. nara69 publishes draw schedules and result verification procedures within the togel section of the Platform.
8.7 For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, the minimum number of selections and the treatment of void legs are set out in the sportsbook rules. A void leg in a mix parlay will reduce the accumulator to the remaining selections rather than voiding the entire bet slip, unless only one selection remains.
8.8 For live casino games provided by our studio partners (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Pocket Games Soft), the rules of each game are governed by the relevant studio's published rules and are displayed within the game interface. nara69 accepts no liability for studio-side technical malfunctions; in such cases, bets will be settled in accordance with the studio's disconnection and error policies.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on nara69 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:
10.1 All content on the nara69 Platform — including but not limited to the nara69 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of nara69 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal and recreational betting purposes only. This license does not extend to the reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
10.3 Game content, including slot titles and live dealer interfaces provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe, remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Unauthorized capture, streaming, or distribution of game content is prohibited.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nara69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
11.2 nara69's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount of funds standing to the credit of that Player's Account at the time the liability arises.
11.3 nara69 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or governmental orders) may result in temporary unavailability. nara69 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
11.4 nara69 is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any third-party game studio, payment processor, or service provider whose services are integrated into the Platform. Each such provider's own terms and conditions apply to their respective services.
11.5 Gambling involves inherent financial risk. nara69 does not guarantee any winnings, and the Platform accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity.
12.1 nara69 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of promotional communications (where you have opted in to receive them).
12.3 nara69 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.1 nara69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time-out features, and voluntary self-exclusion.

14.1 nara69 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nara69 holds its international gaming license. The Platform operates under an internationally recognized gaming regulatory framework.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process (see Clause 16) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
15.3 Nothing in this clause shall limit nara69's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in relation to the protection of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
15.4 Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local laws and regulations and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of nara69 complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. nara69 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.
